After I started struggling with depression, I was really overwhelmed. It seemed like I could never escape this fog, and it was really frustrating. However, I knew that if I really wanted to make things right, I needed to work on self-help techniques. I decided to meet with a counselor who could teach me how to work through issues on my own, even if I wasn't near my phone or her office. My therapist was kind and caring, and she taught me all kinds of different ways to handle my stress effectively. I wanted to make this blog to help other people sort out their issues.
